Infrastructure

The present infrastructure facility in the Nucleome Informatics houses all basic equipments required to conduct research in Genomics including PacBio Sequel II , NovaSeq 6000, GeneTitan, thermal cyclers, qPCR, Bioanalyser, TapeStation, Femto Pulse, BluePippin, Sanger sequencer, Qubit 4 Fluorometer, Nanodrop microvolume spectrophotometer, and Megaruptor etc.
